I closed two clients for $48K/year so that's $8K/month so I know a thing or two about sales and creating video content. The deliverables were social media content, onboarding videos and UA-cam videos. The problem with this role play (and I'm sure most of your calls) is that you focus too much on the features and not the benefits/outcomes. For example, airlines don't sell you on seats. They don't sell you on the plane. They don't sell you on the food. They sell you on the destination. They sell you on the memories and experiences you're gonna have with family/friends. But you only get those things by buying a plane ticket. Selling video production is the same thing. Don't sell them on the videos, gears, 4K videos etc. Sell them on what exactly the videos will do for their business or personal life.

The 300x is super dim compared to newer lights, its closer to a newer 100w light from zhiyun or nanlite

Stellar video, I used the PNG and love it, but in FCX you can also save it as a custom overlay so it saves it and is just part of your program. View > Show in Viewer > Choose Custom Overlay

It's ironic that you are talking about a tool that helps you set proper exposure, yet this video is not properly exposed. Did you use this system to expose THIS video? If so, I'm not sure this system is very accurate.

IMO a version with 4 spinner locking wheels (to avoid it rolling off on uneven surface) and increased height to accommodate a telescoping handle would be great. Better yet if the wheels are all terrain. Will allow the user to still access their camera from the top like this version but with the increased height, they can design a second bottom level to store gear that is needed less immediately (spare batteries, foldable light stands, light mats or small fixtures). Grab handles on the top and bottom will allow easy loading and unloading with the bag laying on its side

Looks like a great bag but the Large size definitely needs the wheel base and handle for the weight of bigger rigs.

Where do I start? What a nightmare of a god awful product. If you want to flush about $300 down the toilet, do that instead of buying this piece of trash. Think about it. If you flush the money down the toilet, you can film it with your phone (which will actually focus) and you'll have that video for life. If you spend the money on this garbage, you'll have a paper weight with some decent packaging. I followed these steps in the video with my device and everything was fine except upon completion, it doesn't work. The video says to recalibrate it again if there is an issue. So I did, following the steps exactly as listed in this video. Nothing. When I can get something in focus, the motor does make a feeble attempt to keep it in focus I guess, but it fails pathetically. It doesn't matter if I move fast or slow, or if the subject moves fast or slow. It can't keep the focus assist card in focus which is stationary, taped on the wall, even if I step back at a snails pace. I mean what's the point? Just a useless piece of equipment. If you're looking to spend almost $300 to get pissed off and smash your head into a wall, consider this. Pay me $150 and I'll come smash your head into a wall for you and you can save about $150. Long story short is you get what you pay for. In this case, I paid $300 for a trash product. Don't make the same mistake as me.

Hi, I wonder if EL Zone works properly with your camera. If you close the aperture EL Zone would show you the crushed dark parts in black. If you feed the Ninja with Sony S-Log3 / S-Gammut Log EL Zone is displayed completely out of whack meaning it doesn’t display the crushed dark parts as black but only goes to dark purple. It’s a bug I’ve noticed only yesterday and have already opened a support ticket with Atomos. People on some Atomos forums have confirmed this bug. As far as the signal coming from the RED goes I wonder if the Ninja shows EL zone correctly or has the same fault

I think just using a facetime call on two ipads or one ipad and one iphone could do the job. One goes to the teleprompter and the other is held by the interviewee.

Is f2.8 is ok to use for photography?

I just shot a music video in Baton Rouge the other night. I had no idea what I was doing but tried to use CINE 4. I used to only do automatic. Which is obviously not the best option. Ever. I’m using a SONY A7IV. I noticed in the shots that a lot of them seemed dark and underexposed. I could see my subjects face but i just felt I may have shot it wrong. I had a light on the top of my camera that I bought from Best Buy but it sometimes creates too much noise if I don’t have my ISO set right. It looks alright but the shadows and highlights seem a little dark. My only question is…. Am I able to expose this in Final Cut Pro and bring out the shadows behind him without creating noise? I’m struggling to understand all of this for some reason.

Love this but you may be overthinking this. I’ve owed RED, Arri, FX6, and a handful of Blackmagic and Canon. I still have WAY TOO MUCH gear 😂. We do a lot of remote set ups and we use a similar iPad/prompter set up but we just FaceTime to the other person. Super simple and a no 0:15 need to the extra gear. Thanks for the vid. There is some restoration of huge 12-40G files converted to 600Mb and it looks fantastic on Internet Archive. Not sure how the uploader did it but you can use the smaller file and DL then UL it back to a site and it looks 1080P to 4K. Instead of DL 20-40G which would take hours if not days you just use the smaller file size and not much is lost. The uploader did TRON and 5-6 others. Did not say what was used Hand Brake or something else. It was done late last year. We are talking 1-3 hour movies. I came here to see what might be going on. Though original must come from Blu-Ray or 4K file. It was more then 10X converted to smaller file. Thanks.
